Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on the elyessen website at https://elyessen.com/. It outlines our order processing time, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, shipping fee rules, cargo damage and lost parcel compensation rules, and related delivery terms. By placing an order on our website, you agree to all shipping and delivery terms stated below.

  1. Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare, inspect, package and ship your order after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping transit time, weekends, or public holidays.

  • Regular In-Stock Products: 5–10 business days processing time
  • Custom-Made Products: 8–10 business days processing time

During peak seasons, promotional periods or inventory fluctuation, the processing time may be slightly delayed. We will try our best to arrange shipment as soon as possible and will not be liable for minor delays caused by objective factors.

  1. Shipping Coverage

elyessen only provides shipping services to selected countries and regions and does not support global delivery. Available shipping destinations will be automatically displayed and confirmed at checkout. Customers shall confirm whether their region supports international parcel delivery before placing orders. We are not responsible for failed delivery, return or abandonment of parcels caused by unsupported shipping areas.

  1. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After the order is processed and shipped, the estimated international delivery time is3–5 business days. The transit time is for reference only.

Actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance inspection, local logistics efficiency, weather, peak shipping seasons and force majeure factors. We do not guarantee absolute delivery dates and will not provide compensation for reasonable delivery delays.

  1. Shipping Fee Rules (Free Shipping Policy)

We provide free international shipping for orders over $199 USD.

For orders with a subtotal less than $199 USD, standard shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and product weight/size.

All free shipping activities only cover basic shipping fees. Any additional charges such as import duties, customs clearance fees, local tax fees and handling fees are borne by the customer.

  1. Customs & Import Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT or other local handling fees. These fees are determined by the local customs department of the destination country. All related expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We will not reimburse any customs fees, tax fees or penalty fees generated during customs clearance. Customers shall bear all consequences caused by refusal to pay taxes.

  1. Lost & Damaged Parcel Compensation

We support logistics compensation application for lost or severely damaged parcels during transportation. All compensation standards and final judgment results are subject to the official ruling of the logistics carrier.

If your package is lost, missing items, or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service in a timely manner and provide order information, parcel photos, and damage evidence. We will assist you in submitting a compensation claim to the logistics company.

We do not accept personal refund requests for parcel problems before the logistics official judgment result is issued.

  1. Delivery Instructions & Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping address, contact information and postal code. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete customer address information.
  • If the parcel is returned or abandoned due to customer refusal of customs clearance, refusal to pay taxes, or personal rejection, all losses shall be borne by the customer.
  • We do not support changing the shipping address after the order has been shipped.

elyessen reserves the right to adjust and update this Shipping & Delivery Policy without prior notice. The latest policy will be posted on the official website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated policy terms.
