Custom products are produced exclusively according to customers’ personal requirements and cannot be resold, so no return application will be accepted after order confirmation and production commencement.
4.3 Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our product quality problems or our delivery errors.
4.4 After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within a reasonable business period. The refund will be returned via the original payment channel.
